    • eSAW URL: is the url of the eSAW instance of your organization.

if you want to test the Salesforce connector using a eSAW free trial instance, you can create a new account using the 'create account' link under the 'Login' button.

    • One api per organization: select this option if you want that all Salesforce users use the same eSAW account.

If you select this option, you have to add here the shared eSAW api token.

  • Set all default settings according your own preferences and press 'Save' button

    • Default language for recipients: you can define the default languages set for all recipients. (Be sure to set a language configured in your eSAW instance).This value can be modified in each recipient.

connector installation, a Salesforce admin user must apply some simple configurations before starting to use this app.


Mandatory configurations to enable your organization to use the connector:

  • Configure the eSAW instance and defaults values in Application Setting tab - See also the Application Settings for detailed information.

Optional configurations useful to use the connector:

  • Configure the info to automatically retrieve eSAW recipient from Salesforce Objects (note that Contact, Lead and User are preconfigured) -See also the Recipient Settings.
  • Configure your eSAW instance to enable the signing of envelopes directly from the connector - See also the Host Sign Configuration.
  • Configure "Send for Signature" action in SalesForce object that you want to use as starting point to send envelopes - See also the Sending Envelope From Parent Record Configuration.
