On this page we will see several types of Affidavits that we generate with the evidence shown in the title.

Types of Affidavits

Advanced Certification

  • Delivery to X in the signature request:
    • What does it certify? The platform has received confirmation that the signature request message has been delivered. It allows to certify that a copy or access to the documents and attachments was provided to the signer, before signing them.
    • Event → Status: Delivered -> Delivered.
  • Delivery to X in the final notification:
    • What does it certify? The platform has received confirmation that the final message notifying the signature of the documents and attachments has been delivered (which may include the document and attachments to provide a copy of the signed content to the signer). It allows to certify that a copy of the signed documents and attachments was provided to the signer.
    • Event → Status: Delivered -> Delivered.
  • Attempt to deliver to X in the signature request:
    • What does it certify? An attempt was made to deliver to the signer a copy or access to the documents and attachments, before signing them.
    • Event → Status: Sent -> Sent.
  • Attempt to deliver to X in the final notification:
    • What does it certify? An attempt was made to deliver to the signer a copy or access to the documents and attachments, after signing them.
    • Event → Status: Sent -> Sent.
  • Signature of X:
    • What does it certify? The signer X has signed the acceptance, for which he has accessed, viewed or downloaded, surpassed the authentication method (e.g. OTP) configured in the signature and has expressed his consent and acceptance of the content, by checking the Accept check box.
    • Event → Status: Signed -> Closed.
  • Rejection of X:
    • What does it certify? The signer X has signed the rejection, for which he has accessed, viewed or downloaded, surpassed the authentication method (e.g. OTP), and has expressed his rejection to the content, by checking the Reject check box.
    • Event → Status: Rejected -> Closed.
  • Signed document:
    • What does it certify? The main document (and its attachments if no differentiated signature has been requested) has been signed and accepted by all the signers.
    • Event → Status: Signed -> Closed.
  • Rejected document:
    • What does it certify? The main document (and its attachments if no differentiated signature has been requested) has been rejected by some signers.
    • Event → Status: Rejected -> Closed.
  • Attachment x signed:
    • What does it certify? An attachment, which is part of the content (document + attachments) has been accepted and signed. This happens when the differentiated signature of attachments is requested.
    • Event → Status: Signed -> Delivered.
  • Attachment x rejected:
    • What does it certify? An attachment, which is part of the content (document + attachments) has been rejected.
    • Event → Status: Rejected -> Closed.


Standard Certification

  • Certification of E-signature:
    • What does it certify? Summary Affidavit of events (admission, sending, delivery, etc..) associated to a consent and signature process (EviSign). It certifies the content and associated outcome (signed, expired, etc...).
    • Event → Status: Signature/Expiry → Closed.
