On this page we will see several types of Affidavits that we generate with the evidence shown in the title.

Types of Affidavits

Advanced Certification

  • Certification of admission and content processed:
    • What does it certify? The platform has received a communication request and its content from the issuer. It certifies the intent to send some content, the recipient‘s and issuer‘s address, the origin of the content, the integrity of the content and the time of the communication attempt (input register).
    • Event → Status: Certified → Ready.
  • Certification of sending of message:
    • What does it certify? The platform has sent the message. It certifies the sending of the message (it leaves the platform to the issuer).
    • Event → Status: Sent → Ready.
  • Certification of intent to send a message:
    • What does it certify? The platform has tried to send the message, but without success. It certifies the sending attempt, even if it was not successful, for example because the server that manages the recipient's mailbox is not available or because the address does not exist.
    • Event → Status: Sent → Sent.
  • Certification of notification of delivery (via hidden link):
    • What does it certify? The platform has received confirmation that the message has been delivered to the mailbox. This has happened because we have confirmed that the initial email sent with the link to the communication (EviMail) has been opened by the recipient (but they have not yet accessed the link that contains such e-mail.
    • Event → Status: Delivered → Delivered.
  • Certification of notification of opening (via hidden link):
    • What does it certify? The platform has received confirmation that the message has been opened. This has happened because the recipient (or a recipient's software) has opened the message and downloaded the images that are incorporated into its content so that they can view it.
    • Event → Status: Read → Read.
  • Certification of notification of opening (web access):
    • What does it certify? The platform has received confirmation that the message has been opened. This has happened because the recipient has clicked the link (EviNotice or the link in the footer added in EviMail) to view the message on evicertia.com website.
    • Event → Status: Read.
  • Certification of notification of opening (mdn):
    • What does it certify? The platform has received confirmation that the message has been opened. This has happened because the recipient's email software has sent a notification of opening (e.g. the classic Outlook notification, which we call MDN - Message Disposition Notification).
    • Event → Status: Read → Read.
  • Certification of formal acceptance of contents:
    • What does it certify? The recipient has accepted the communication, by checking the Accept check box and the Continue button, next to the display of the content on evicertia.com website.
    • Event → Status: Accepted → Closed.
  • Certification of formal rejection of contents:
    • What does it certify? The recipient has rejected the communication, by checking the Accept check box and the Continue button, next to the display of the content on evicertia.com website.
    • Event → Status: Rejected → Closed.


Standard Certification:

  • Certification of electronic notification to email:
    • What does it certify? Summary Affidavit of events (admission, sending, delivery, etc..) associated to an electronic notification to email (EviNotice with an email address as recipient). It certifies the intent to communicate, the existence of such events, the content and the associated outcome (delivered, failed, etc.).
    • Event → Status: Expired -> Closed.
  • Certification of certified email:
    • What does it certify? Summary Affidavit of events (admission, sending, delivery, etc..) associated to a certified email (EviNotice with a phone number as recipient). It certifies the intent to communicate, the existence of such events, the content and the associated outcome (delivered, failed, etc.).
    • Event → Status: Expired -> Closed.
  • Certification of electronic notification to sms:
    • What does it certify? Summary Affidavit of events (admission, sending, delivery, etc..) associated to an electronic notification to SMS (EviNotice with a phone number as recipient). It certifies the intent to communicate, the existence of such events, the content and the associated outcome (delivered, failed, etc.).
    • Event → Status: Expired -> Closed.
  • Certification of certified sms:
    • What does it certify? Summary Affidavit of events (admission, sending, delivery, etc..) associated to a certified SMS (EviSms). It certifies the intent to communicate, the existence of such events, the content and the associated outcome (delivered, failed, etc.).
    • Event → Status: Expired -> Closed.
