On this page we will see several types of Affidavits that we generate with the evidence of postal delivery services.

Types of Affidavits

  • Content Certification:
    • What does it certify? The platform has received a communication request and its content from the issuer. It certifies the intent to send some content, the recipient‘s and issuer‘s address, the origin of the content, the integrity of the content and the time of the communication attempt (input register).
    • Event → Status: Processed -> Processed.
  • Certification de Postal Processing:
    • What does it certify? The postal operator has confirmed the receipt of communication request and its content. It certifies that the communication has been delivered to the postal operator.
    • Event → Status: Sent -> Sent.
  • Certification of Hindrance of Delivery:
    • What does it certify? The postal operator has not been able to complete the delivery of the postal communication and has communicated the unsuccessful result. It certifies that the postal operator has delivered the communication to the address given by the issuer, but without success.
    • Event → Status: Failed -> Failed.
  • Certification de Postal Delivery::
    • What does it certify? The postal operator has been able to complete the delivery and has communicated the successful result. It certifies that the postal operator has delivered the communication to the address given by the issuer.
    • Event → Status: Delivered -> Delivered.
  • Certification of rejection:
    • What does it certify? The recipient has refused the communication and may have provided feedback regarding his rejection. It certifies that the postal operator has contacted the recipient by trying to communicate and that the recipient has not accepted the delivery.
    • Event → Status: Declined -> Closed.
  • Certification of outcome:
    • What does it certify? The postal operator has communicated the final outcome of the postal communication, which can be successful or unsuccessful. It certifies that an outcome of the communication (delivered, refused, failed, etc.) has been obtained from the information provided by the postal operator.
    • Event → Status: Delivered -> Closed.
