On the weekend 21-23 June Jira and Confluence have been migrated to CLOUD.
The JIRA Projects and Confluence Spaces have been set to read-only on the actual instance, and they are be available at the following links:

Click the gear on top right of the screen
Choose 'Advanced Setting' option

Open Setting Drop Down

Choose 'Solution' option

Click on the 'Display Name' of eSignAnyWhere connector

in 'Configuration' section, add;
- ApiToken
- eSAW URL
And click 'Validate Authorization' button

...

in 'Update Workflow' tab, click the Start Workflow button

in 'Recipients' tab, add recipient sources
- Select entity
- Modify:
  - First Name Field
  - Last Name Field
  - Email Field
- Save
