You can enable Salesforce users to use eSignAnyWhere connector assigning them appropriate permission sets.

There are two permission sets with different privileges:

  • Namirial User
    • Access to eSignAnyWhere application via App Launcher.
    • Home - Initial page with basic app info.
    • Envelopes - Full management: Create, Read, Update, Send, Send Reminder, Cancel, Delete, Restart, Host Sign.
    • User Settings - Configure envelopes default values. 
    • Data mappings - Configure mappings between parent record and envelope fields to automatically fill them.
  • Namirial Administrator - include all Namirial User privileges and following additional privileges: 
    • Home - Initial page with envelope reports.
    • Application Settings - Configure eSignAnyWhere target instance and default Salesforce connector settings.
    • Recipient Settings - Configure Salesforce objects used as recipient sources.
