This guide explains how to manage files to upload, how to manage recipients including how to add new and existing recipients as well as how to edit and detail recipients. Furthermore, you can find description of the different envelope actions.

  1. The name of the envelope. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in user setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.
  2. The subject of the mail sent to the signer. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in user setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.
  3. The body of the mail sent to the signer. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in user setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.

Manage files to upload

if the envelope is still not sent to eSAW, you can upload new files or remove the already uploaded ones.

Manage recipients

Add a recipient

There are two way to add a recipients. Please see the following descriptions and figures:

  1. Select the Dynamics Entity where retrieve the recipient
  2. Filter to search recipients
  3. Check the selected recipient
  4. Add to the envelope

Add new recipient

  1. Select 'Add new recipient from scratch'
  2. The email the recipient.
  3. The first name of the recipient.
  4. The last name of the recipient.
  5. Select this option to add the new created recipient to Salesforce contacts.
  6. Save button

Envelope settings

  1. If this option is selected, you'll see the preview of the prepared envelope before the sending.
  2. The number of days before envelope expiration. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in application setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.
  3. If this option is selected a reminder will be sent to the signer.
  4. The number of days after which the reminder will be sent
  5. The number of days during which the reminder will be sent
  6. The number of days before envelope expiration when a warning is send to signers.
