The process you must follow to register and activate a new user on an existing site is as follows:

Request of new user registration:

  • Access the site registration form at 'https://misitio.evicertia.com/Register' where "misitio" (misite) is the name of the site where you want to register the new user.
  • Fill in the form with the new user‘s data.
  • Check the acceptance box for the terms of use and privacy policy.
  • Press 'Register' to finish.



After clicking on 'Register' the site admin will receive an email will informing that there is a user pending to be approved.

Approval of the new user by the site admin:

  • Copy the link that appears in the previous email (the link will be similar to https://misitio.evicertia.com//User/Approve....)
  • Log in to Evicertia with the admin's email account.
  • Paste in the browser window the link you have copied and press ENTER to go to the relevant page.
  • A line will appear on the screen indicating that the new user is pending to be approved, press the 'Approve' button.
  • Logging off with this user in the 'Exit' button located in the upper right part of the window.



Once the user has been approved by the admin, a link will be sent by email to configure his access password.
There is a second option for a site administrator to register a new user. To do this, go to My Data - User Managament.

There you will see the User Management window: 




At this point, click on the icon of the user you want to authorize  (Contenido del evisign) will authorize that user, by changing the icon to  (Contenido del evisign)
Access password settings for the new user:

  • By clicking on the link that appears in the email, you will be taken to Evicertia.
  • Fill in the 2 boxes with the password you want and press the 'Validate' button to validate it.
