A user may be in three different status:

NEW:
  • He has just registered on a site. He is waiting to be validated by the site admin.
  • An email has been sent from the Herma platform to the admin's email mailbox. This email contains a link with the activation code, and the admin can activate it simply by clicking on the link.
  • Once the user is validated by the site admin, it goes into the ACTIVE status.
ACTIVE:
  • The user is operational.
LOCKEDOUT:
  • The user has been blocked by the site admin.
  • The user is not operational and only the site admin can reactivate him.


Change User Status


To change the status of a user, the following process must be carried out:

  • Accessing the platform with the admin user.
  • Accessing the menu My Data| User Managament and you will see a table with all users.
  • Find the user you want to block and click on this icon (usuario activo) (active user) that you will see in the Status column and it will change to (usuario bloqueado) (blocked user).
  • If you later want to unlock him, you only have to click on the icon again. Blocking and unblocking is carried out instantly.
