Sender

This is the basic profile of Evicertia. Regardless of their role, all users are first users. It consists of a user who will be registered in a site that from which Evicertia can send any type of electronic message (Certified SMS, Certified Mail, Reliable Notification or Contract) that is made available to this site. Users have access only to messages that they have sent and signed themselves. For the User to register on the site, he must first be validated by the owner of the site.

  • He can only access his own information.

Allowed tasks:

  • Gestionar mis contactos
  • Emitir Evi*
  • Acceder a Mis Evidencias

SiteUser 

This is a defined user of the site, cannot issue Evi* notifications but can access and consult notifications issued by other users that have been made from your site. 
If you have the ReportAdmin role, you can also consult and generate reports for your site. 

Allowed tasks:

  • Consult contacts on my site
  • Consultation of consumption (credits), of my site
  • Access to My Evidences

ReportAdmin

The role of exporter is granted to Users who, besides their characteristics, must have permits to be able to export the sendings made, both by them and by the organization (the full site) or by one of its members (any user of the site). These exports are made in excel or csv format and can be scheduled or on demand.

A Site Admin can also have the ReportAdmin role.

  • He can access his information as a user.
  • He can access his information as a user.
  • He CANNOT access the content of an EviSign, EviMail... if he is not the owner or signer.

Allowed tasks:

  • Manage / Request reports of my transactions

SiteAdmin

He has the same permissions as the user, but he is allowed to view the messages issued by other users of his site. By default, the user owner will be Site Admin and he will be able to grant the same role to other members of the site. He will also have access to the user management, the billing and the site settings.

  • He can access his information as a user.
  • He can access the site settings as SiteAdmin.
  • He can access the site billing as SiteAdmin.
  • He can access the user management as SiteAdmin.
  • Puede acceder a las emisiones del resto de miembros del site como SiteAdmin.He can access the sendings of the rest of the members of the site as SiteAdmin.
  • He CANNOT access the documents signed by the rest of users of the site

Allowed tasks:

  • Organisational data
  • Organisational Data > Change my organisation's settings
  • My Data > User Management (manage users of my site)
  • My Data > Manage Mobile Devices
  • My Data > Consumption

Impersonate

A user with the impersonate role may "impersonate" another user on the site to act on their behalf; this user may perform all the tasks assigned to the impersonated user according to their role. 

Allowed tasks:

  • Those assigned to the "impersonated" user. 


Admin

This is the platform's administrator user, who creates, modifies and deletes the platform's sites, as well as defines their configurations, products and permissions. 

This role is for internal use by Evicertia and should never be assigned to a person outside the organisation.

  • Configuration > User management
  • Configuration > Delivery channels
