Users who belong to a site that has activated the billing mode "By shipment" will see on the home page of the site, the shipments that are pending for each of the activated services and their different modalities. (Essential, Advanced, Ultimate). 

Users of a site with the role "Site Administrator" are the only ones who can redeem a voucher.

A voucher is a code, generated by an entity or company authorised to do so, which contains a certain number of shipments purchased by the customer, and which belong to a single service and modality.

The format of the voucher is as follows:

To purchase vouchers, please contact your sales representative or our support team via email at support@evicertia.com. They will respond to your request and indicate the service and modality that best suits your use case.

How to redeem a voucher?

Only users with site administrator permissions can redeem vouchers. For these users there is an option in the top menu My Details "Top up management".

Pressing this option takes you to the "Top-up management" screen.

On this screen a Grid appears, with the redeemed Vouchers and divided into several columns:

  • Date of issue: Date and time when the voucher was created by the authorised entity/company.
  • Redemption date: Date and time when the voucher was created by the authorised entity/company.
  • Expiration date: Date on which the shipments related to the voucher expire.
  • Product: Type of service contracted associated with the voucher.
  • Number of shipments: Number of shipments contracted on the voucher.
  • Expired: Indicates if the voucher has expired.

To redeem a voucher, click on the button , Once pressed, a modal screen opens where you can enter the voucher code received.

The code is entered, and when you click on the voucher is validated, if it is valid the shipments are added to the site and will be available for use.


How can I see how much shipping I have consumed?

The site administrator user has the option to check the consumption of shipments made through the "Consumption history" screen. It is accessed from the top menu My Data - "Consumption history".

By clicking on the link "consumption history" the following screen is displayed.

It shows a Grid divided into 8 columns with the entries or movements made by the users, by default it appears empty waiting for the user to select the type of service he/she wants to consult.

  • Entry ID: Input identifier.
  • Entry date: Date on which the entry was made.
  • Entry type:  Input type, the input types can be:
    • Topup: Voucher redemption ticket.
    • Sending: Consumption input of a consignment.
    • Adjust: Shipping adjustment input, can be positive or negative.
    • Expiration: Entry of expiry of voucher shipments.
  • Description: Shows the type of service contracted.
  • User: User who made the entry.
  • Submission: Shipments associated with the entry.
  • Notes:  Comments added to a setting entry. 
  • Balance: Calculator button showing the shipment count at the time of the entry being consulted.

To consult the entries of a specific service, the list that appears in the upper right-hand part of the Grid must be displayed, and a service and its modality must be selected. Once this has been done, the entries that have been made for the selected option are displayed.
