What is a report?

A report is an implementation that allows you to keep track of those features used in a period of time; such as the number of evidence issued throughout a day, for example, when they have been closed or the information about their corresponding signers.

Information about reports

Two types of reports can be currently requested:

  • Timely: Timely or on-demand reports are those that will run throughout the day of your request.
  • Planned: The planned or scheduled reports are those that will run periodically on certain dates.

Who can request it?

The reports can be requested by any user whose site has this feature enabled.

How do you get the report after requesting it?

Once the requested report has been generated, it can be downloaded through a link that will be sent by email to the user who has requested it.

In what format is the report generated?

Currently, a report can be requested in two different formats:

  • Excel: The report will be a single excel file that will contain from one to several sheets, depending on the type of report.
  • Csv: The report will consist of one to several csv files that will be inside a compressed zip file, for better convenience.

Additional Information

Reports are limited to a maximum of 31 days, so reports exceeding this range cannot be requested.

Evidence reports whose issue exceeds one year cannot be requested; that is, you cannot request a report of those evidences that were issued two years ago.
