Outlook plugin setup and configuration

Plugin setup

  • Close Outlook 2007 or 2010
  • Install with admin permissions
  • Setting up any of the necessary components to be able to set up the plugin may require a computer restarting

Elementos del plugin

Elements are as follows:

  2. 2. Options of the message:
    • Options that allow to configure the validity, and if we want an EviMail or an EviMail with secure opening/reading on the web.
  3. 3. Receiving email, and message
    • Recipient email.
    • Message
    • Attachments
    • Sending, the message is sent certified through the platform.
  4. 4. Select the button “Certify email” and submit.


Notes:

  • The plugin restricts each sending to 25 email addresses.
  • Only what is included in "To“ is certified, what is included in CC or CCO is not certified.

Restrictions

  1. Some features of Microsoft Exchange with email accounts in X400 format may cause the plugin not to resolve the email name successfully.
  2. There is an incompatibility between the Outlook plugin and the Microsoft Word feature "Mailing", so if you are going to use this option in Word, you must first disable the plugin.
    • Outlook 2007: Go to Tools | Trust Centre | Add-ins, and check Active application add-ins.
    • Outlook 2010: Go to File | Options | Add-ins, and check Active application add-ins.
