This guide explains how to configure the user settings as well as how to retrieve the api token.

  1. User Settings Tab.

  2. The eSAW Api token that identify a specific user. follow the instructions in image below to retrieve it.

  3. The default envelope name used to create all envelopes created by your user.  This value can be modified in each envelope.

  4. This is the default email subject of the mail that a recipient receives to be notified that an envelope have to be signed. This default is applied to all envelopes created by your user.  This value can be modified in each envelope.

  5. The default email body of the mail that a recipient receives to be notified that an envelope have to be signed. This default is applied to all envelopes created by your user.  This value can be modified in each envelope.

Before you can send documents for signature from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you must complete your user profile.

  • Sign On to Dynamics CRM. Your Microsoft Dynamics CRM dashboard displays.

Note: Your particular dashboard view is dependent on your assigned user role.

The various panels in the dashboard are empty if your CRM System Administrator has just installed your package solution for the first time.

  • From the Dynamics Main menu, select the eSignAnyWhere tile

  • In Home secion, click 'User Settings'

  • insert yours eSignAnyWhere provider settings
    • Email
    • ApiToken

  • You can also change your default envelope data

  • Click 'Save' Button

  • Verify that your ApiToken is succesfully validated
