eSignAnyWhere Salesforce Connector - Application Settings


  • Open eSignAnyWhere app from Salesforce App Launcher

  • Fill eSAW URL field and press 'Login' button

    • eSAW URL: is the url of the eSAW instance of your organization.

if you want to test the Salesforce connector using a eSAW free trial instance, you can create a new account using the 'create account' link under the 'Login' button.

    • One api per organization: select this option if you want that all Salesforce users use the same eSAW account.

If you select this option, you have to add here the shared eSAW api token.

  • Set all default settings according your own preferences and press 'Save' button

    • Default language for recipients: you can define the default languages set for all recipients. (Be sure to set a language configured in your eSAW instance).This value can be modified in each recipient.
    • Maximum days until expiration: this is the maximum number of days set until envelopes expiration. (Be sure to set this value according to the value set in your eSAW instance).
    • Default days until expiration: this is the default number of days set until envelopes expiration. (Be sure to set this value according to the value set in your eSAW instance). This value can be modified in each envelope.
    • Preview by default: If you choose this option, all envelopes will be created by default with preview enabled. This value can be modified in each envelope.


eSignAnyWhere Salesforce Connector - Configure Permission Sets for other users


  • You can enable  Salesforce users to use eSignAnyWhere connetor assigning them appropriate permission sets.

There are two permission sets with different privileges:

    • Namirial User
      • Access to eSignAnyWhere application via App Launcher.
      • Home - Can't see envelope reports.
      • Envelopes - Full management: Create, Read, Update, Send, Send Reminder, Cancel, Delete, Restart, Host Sign.
      • User Settings - Configure 
    • Namirial Administrator - include all Namirial User privileges and these additional privileges: 
      • Home - Can also see envelope reports.
      • Application Settings - Configure eSignAnyWhere target instance and default Salesforce connector settings.
      • Recipient Settings - Configure Salesforce objects used as recipient sources.

Configure the Opportunity to Sign the envelope directly in the connector:

to whitelist the url used to sign the document in IFrame you have to:

  • download configuration.zip file here

  • unzip the downloaded configuration.zip file
  • update the global_variables.xml file as follow (replace 'https:/demo.esignanywhere.net' with your target eSAW instance)

  • zip the content of the unzipped folder

  • upload the new created zip file in eSAW
