Following guide provides a thorough walk-through on automatic Envelopes update configuration within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is an optional procedure, standard configuration updates each Envelope every 24h after Envelope creation.

Automatic update functionality allows to align Envelopes stored into Dynamics instance according to Envelopes that were generated into eSignAnyWhere. It is implemented using Dynamics Workflow Processes


Open Advanced Settings option

  2. click Advanced Settings

Select the eSignAnyWhere connector

Select the workflow to configure

  1. click "Components"
  2. click "Processes"
  3. click "Namirial Envelope Automatic Update"


Modify workflow parameter (step 1)

  1. click "Deactivate" (not present in the image, but it has red icon)
  2. click "1 Day" in the timeout step
  3. click "1 Day" and delete its value

  1. select the desired amount of time *
  2. select "duration"
  3. click "Save and Close" 





*: Dynamics's workflow has some limitation. The shortest update interval time supported is 1 hour.



Note: Previously created Envelopes are not affected by this configuration change.
