Click on the name of the Dynamics solution that you want to extend (es. Field Service)
- Double click on the Client Extension
- Add new Area
- Click the Area you just created
- Add a new Group
- Select the new group you just created
- Add a new Subarea
- configure your new sub area as following
- Add a new Subarea and configure it as following
- Save your changes
- Publish your changes
- Now you can see eSignAnyWhere in the areas of your solution
