Create a new envelope From Scratch:

      • Envelope name: this is the name of the envelope. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in user setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.
      • Email subject: this is the subject of the mail sent to the signer. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in user setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.
      • Email body: this is the body of the mail sent to the signer. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in user setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.
      • Reminder Enabled: if this option is selected a reminder will be sent to the signer.

if you select this option you have to configure these additional fields:

        • Send a reminder to signers after receipt day(s): the number of days after which the reminder will be sent
        • Continue to send reminders every day(s): the number of days during  which the reminder will be sent
        • Warn signers before request expires day(s):  the number of days before envelope expiration when a warning is send to signers.
      • Days until expiration: the number of days before envelope expiration. It's automatically populated with the default value stored in application setting configuration, but can be modified by the user.
      • Preview, Position Signature and Fields: if this option is selected, you'll see the preview of the prepared envelope before the sending.

if you don't chose this option, you have to specify also this option:

        • Default signature type: this is the signature type of the signature fields in documents.
    • After the envelope creation, you will be redirected to the envelope detail

      • Now you can:
        • change all value of envelope configuration on left.
        • manage envelope files to upload.
        • manage envelope recipient.


Create a new envelope From Template:

    • here you can see the list of your eSAW templates, chose the one that you want to use and click the 'Use' button

    • After the envelope creation, you will be redirected to the envelope detail

      • You can't manage the document to upload because the file is retrieved from the template
      • The recipients are retrieved from the template, but can be modified


Envelope Detail:

After an envelope is created, you can act on it in envelope detail.

Manage file to upload:

    • if the envelope is still not sent to eSAW, you can upload new files or remove the already uploaded ones.

Manage recipients: 

if the envelope is still not sent to eSAW, you can add - remove - update recipients.

    • Add a new recipient:

There are two way to add a recipient:

      • Add Existing

        • Chose the 'From' Salesforce object where you want retrieve the recipient.
        • fill the 'Search' field to filter the result and press 'Search' button.

        • select all recipients that you want to add end choose the preferred recipient type
        • Click 'Save' button
      • Add New

Fill all requested fields and click 'Save' button

        • Last name: the last name of the recipient.
        • First name: the first name of the recipient.
        • Email: the email the recipient.
        • Recipient Type: the eSAW recipient type of the recipient.
        • Allow Delegation: chose this option to allow the delegation for this recipient.
        • Disable Email: disable the email sending from eSAW to this recipient.
        • Require Authentication: select this option to require an authentication to open the envelope.

If 'Require Authentication' is selected, you must also choose the authentication Method:

        • Image Added 
          • If you select the SMS authentication, you must fill also this field:

          • Mobile phone number: the phone number where the authentication code will be sent.
          • If you select the PIN authentication, you must fill also this field:

          • PIN code: the PIN code to insert to open the envelope.

        • Language Code: the language of the recipient
        • Add this recipient as contact: select this option to add the new created recpient to Salesforce contacts.


    • Edit and remove recipients:you can Delete and edit recipients from the recipient list.

  • Envelope Actions:

the possible actions that can be performed on an envelope are visible on top of the envelope detail:

    • Send: Send the envelope in eSAW..
    • Update: update the envelope from eSAW instance
    • Send Remider: send a mail reminder to the envelope signer.
    • Sign: Sign the envelope directly in Salesforce connector.
    • Cancel: Cancel the envelope in eSAW
    • Delete: Delete the envelope in eSAW.
  • Click 'New' button (on top right of the screen)
