- New: The message has been admitted for certification, remaining to be processed by the system.
- Certified: The message was locally processed, producing the certification of its content. Subsequently, the message will be sent.
- Retry: A temporary failure has occurred and new attempts to send or process the message will be made.
- Submitted: The message has been sent by the SMS Sending Module.
- Dispatched: The message was dispatched by a third messaging service or operator in order to be sent.
- Sent: The message has been sent to the server or the operator that manages the mailbox or
- Delayed: The system has received a technical warning (DNS) notifying a delay in the delivery of the message.
- Relayed: The system has received a technical warning (DNS) indicating that the remote server has redirected the message to another email server.
- Expanded: The system has received a technical warning (DSN) notifying that the destination address corresponds to multiple recipients.
- Delivered: The message or the notification with the link were delivered to the final recipient, but the content still has not been opened/read.
- Read: The message has been answered or read by the final recipient.
- Accepted: The recipient answered accepting the message.
- Rejected: The recipient answered rejecting the message.
- Failed: An unrecoverable error has occurred or the limit of reattempts has been reached, which makes it impossible to send the message.
- Expired: End of the tracking of status by the system, for which reason no more notifications or answers are expected and it will be then archived.
Events of Signature Services (EviSign)
- Submitted (Remitido): The document has been admitted for processing.
- Processed (Procesado): The document has been internally processed and certified. It will subsequently be sent.
- Sent (Enviado): The document has been sent.
- FullySent (Totalmente enviado): The document has been sent to all signers.
- Delivered (Entregado): El documento ha sido entregado.The message has been delivered.
- FullyDelivered (Totalmente entregado): The document has been delivered to all signers.
- Cancelled (Cancelado): The issuer has requested the cancellation of the signature process.
- Declined (Desestimiento): The signer has requested the withdrawal of the signature.
- Closed (Cierre): The signature has been completed with the acceptance of all the signers.
- Expired (Expirado): The time limit to sign the document has been exceeded.
- Signed (Firmado): There has been a rejection by one of the signers and the signature process cannot be completed.
- Rejected (Rechazado): Processing and tracking have ended.
