Once the user has been approved by the admin, a link will be sent by email to configure his access password.
There is a second option for a site administrator to register a new user. To do this, go to My Data - User Managament.
Example of new user:
There you will see the User Managament Management window:
At this point, click on the icon of the user you want to authorize 
will authorize that user, by changing the icon to 
Access password settings for the new user:
- By clicking on the link that appears in the email, you will be taken to Evicertia.
- Fill in the 2 boxes with the password you want and press the 'Validate' button to validate it.
