On the weekend 21-23 June Jira and Confluence have been migrated to CLOUD.
The JIRA Projects and Confluence Spaces have been set to read-only on the actual instance, and they are be available at the following links:

Select the 'Mobile and Lightning Actions', click on 'override the global publisher layout' and drag and drop the 'Send for Signature' button into 'Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions' section

Now tha that button is visible in the 'Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions' section

...

Click the 'Save' button.

Navigate to the configured object that you have configurated, now the ?'send for Signature' button is configurated configured and visible.
