  • Content: In this section, the body of the message appears on the one hand, and on the other, the following action buttons:
    • Action buttons: With each message in detail, you can choose from the following actions:
      • Open in a new window: Open the CAM URL (unique internet address where you can view the notification) in a new window.
      • Reuse: It takes you to the "New EviPost" screen where all the options and content are filled in with the same values ​​as the original email.
      • Event History: A new modal window appears showing a history of what happened since the EviPost was registered in the system. The messages that appear are listed below:
        • The EviPost has been admitted by the system for processing.
        • The EviPost has been processed by the system and its content has been certified, if applicable.
        • It has been confirmed that the communication system is preparing the sending.
        • The EviPost has been sent to the graphic arts supplier/postal operator
        • The postal operator was unable to deliver.
        • The recipient has received the acknowledgment of receipt.
        • The postal operator has not been able to complete the delivery of the postal communication and has communicated the result.
        • The message has been rejected by the recipient.
        • The postal operator has delivered it to the recipient.
        • The EviPost has been rejected by one of the recipients.
        • The document has been printed by the graphic arts provider.
        • The document has been enveloped by the intermediary.
        • The document has been sent to the postal operator.
        • EviPost has been closed and no further processing will be done.
      • Download: It allows to download the original content sent in the notification and affidavits. If we apply a SHA-256 feature to this content, we can obtain the cryptographic summary included in the affidavit.
        • Content of the message: It allows to download the original content sent in the notification.
        • Last affidavit: It allows to download the last affidavit.
        • All affidavits (zip): It allows to download all affidavits of the notification in a zip file.
        • Download all (zip): It allows to download all affidavits and content of a notification in a zip file.
      • Print: If pressed, the whole content of the message is printed.

  • Affidavits: A certification history is shown, which Evicertia has been doing on behalf of the issuer, from the moment the EviPost entered into the system until the operation was closed. For each of these certifications a PDF document is generated (signed, sealed and deposited with a notary) that is made available to the issuer by pressing the link <download>. More information can be found on the following link: affidavits.

Other actions can be carried out on the list of EviPosts, including those shown below

  • Sorting: As in any other email or webmail software, Evicertia allows to sort messages by any of the fields in the list. To start sorting them, you have to click on the name of the desired field.
  • Search: It is allowed to select messages in which some of the fields of recipient, the text entered in this field appears.
  • Advanced: By clicking on this button, a modal window appears that allows to select the fields and set values ​​to run the filter. More information can be found on the following link: search filters.
  • Reports: it allows to request reports in excel or csv CSV format, with the data of the processed messages.
  • Refresh: On the top right of the page there is a small button that allows to reload the list (and thus avoid reloading the page).
  • Organization/Owner: Next to the refresh button there is a drop-down displaying several items
